mishi.gr undertakes to dispatch the products from its distribution center within two business days from the completion of the order, provided that the products are available. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day, namely Monday. Products are delivered by courier to the address selected by the user.

The delivery time of the order is 1 to 3 days, depending on the recipient’s geographical area.

During sales periods, holidays, and adverse weather conditions, delays may occur. mishi.gr is not responsible for any delays and kindly asks for its customers’ understanding.

mishi.gr will inform the user by email of any delays regarding their order.

mishi.gr is not responsible for delays that are not caused by its own fault or that are due to force majeure.

In the event that the user wishes to receive the products within a shorter time frame, such as Saturday delivery, an additional charge will apply.
